We come to your slip, dock, or property. Diagnose the issue. Give you a straight answer on what it'll take to fix โ and what it'll cost. If you hire us for the work, the $150 gets applied as a credit toward your service invoice.
- $150 is fully non-refundable. This fee is earned upon booking and compensates WW&S for travel, scheduling, and diagnostic preparation.
- Cancellations: If you cancel for any reason, the $150 is retained by WW&S. No exceptions, no chargebacks, no refunds.
- One appointment per booking. This fee covers a single 2-hour diagnostic visit.
- Rescheduling: Subject to crew availability. During peak season, we may be unable to reschedule. Rescheduling is at WW&S's sole discretion.
- Credit toward work: If you hire us for the repair, the $150 is applied as a credit toward your final service invoice. If you decline the work, the $150 is ours โ it paid for the diagnostic.
- Right to refuse service: WW&S reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service to any customer at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving hostile, abusive, or unsafe behavior. In such cases, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability: WW&S provides marine repair, diagnostics, and skilled trade services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Warranty of Outcome: A diagnostic visit identifies issues and provides estimates. It does not guarantee that repairs will resolve all issues, nor that additional problems will not be discovered during the course of repair.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from services provided by WW&S shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Michigan. By booking, you agree to this arbitration clause and waive your right to a jury trial.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute after willingly completing a booking constitutes a breach of these terms. WW&S reserves the right to pursue collection of the original amount plus any fees incurred, and to report the dispute to credit agencies as permitted by law.
Right to Refuse: WW&S reserves the unconditional right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service to any person at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or any situation where our crew feels uncomfortable or at risk.
Data Collection: By using this website and booking services, you consent to WW&S collecting and storing your name, email, phone number, physical address, location data, IP address, device information, service history, photos, communications, and payment records. This data is used to provide services, communicate with you, improve our operations, and for marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications or request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. Essential service records may be retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.
